One master persona and one master job flow serve every advisor. Sources carry the differences.
Do not duplicate the master Job Flow for every normal client.
Attach each advisor's HighLevel sub-account as a new source on the existing Financial Advisor Job Flow.
The persona stays generic and reusable. It describes how the assistant speaks, never who the advisor is. All identity, contact and booking details come from source variables and the advisor knowledge document.
Persona traits
- Concise
- Friendly
- Sincere
- Calm
- Professional
- Nonjudgmental
- Not overly sales-focused
Connecting a new advisor source
- CloseBot → Sources → Add Source → HighLevel/LeadConnector, authorize if prompted
- Select the correct advisor sub-account and name the source [Firm Name] — HighLevel
- Confirm the location name and location ID before saving
- Open Financial Seminar Support — Master, click the rocket icon, choose Add Source and attach the new source
- Never disconnect an existing source to refresh it — re-add it through Add Source instead
