The registration funnel uses custom values so the same page structure can be reused for different financial advisors and seminar events. Updating the custom values correctly allows the same information to appear consistently across the registration page, event popups, confirmation emails, SMS messages, reminder messages and other automated communication.
What you will complete
- Update the event details for Seminar 1 and Seminar 2
- Add Seminar 3 and Seminar 4 details when a second funnel is required
- Create additional custom values when more than four seminar events are active
- Update the advisor or firm logo
- Verify the advisor phone number
- Confirm the seminar offer language is accurate
- Check the firm and licensing information
- Verify that each registration button opens the correct seminar popup

Entering information in the wrong field causes errors throughout the system
Entering the information in the wrong custom value can cause placeholder text, incorrect event details, or mismatched information to appear throughout the system. Always confirm the field label and where that value is used before saving.
