Module 2 of 12
Collecting and Reviewing Client Intake Information
The client-specific information that must be collected and reviewed before any sub-account customization begins.
What to show on screen
- The intake form and where each answer is used
- Examples of complete versus incomplete intake
- How missing information blocks the setup process
Every sub-account is customized from the same snapshot, but the information that makes it live is unique to each advisor. Collect and review the intake form completely before you create or edit anything. Missing or guessed information breaks automations, confuses CloseBot, and creates compliance risk.
Client intake categories
Firm and Advisor Information
The approved business name, advisor credentials, phone number, email address and booking link used throughout the account.
Compliance and Escalation
The approved contacts and restrictions CloseBot must follow when a question requires human or compliance support.
Seminar Information
The advisor-approved description, guest policy, cancellation process, meal information, registration page and campaign name.
Active Events
The date, time, venue, address, parking, source and host details needed to create event-specific registration tracking.
Do not begin with missing information
Do not guess, reuse another advisor's information or create your own compliance language. Stop and request the missing details before creating the client account.
