Financial Seminar Backend Training

Module 7 of 12

Build and Configure the Seminar Performance Dashboard

Duplicate the master reporting dashboard into each advisor sub-account, reconnect client-specific data, and verify that every performance widget is working correctly.

What to show on screen

  • Duplicating the master dashboard into the new client sub-account
  • Reviewing the 10 lifecycle-tag KPI cards
  • Confirming the seminar funnel and outcome charts display correctly
  • Reconnecting the client's Advisor Booking calendar
  • Setting visibility to Shared and confirming the dashboard name

The dashboard is not rebuilt from scratch. It is duplicated from the Financial Seminar Master Snapshot account and then reviewed inside the new client's sub-account, where the client-specific data sources are reconnected and each widget is verified.
