Tag priority and behavior
| Priority | Tag | CloseBot behavior |

| 1 | Seminar - Stop Nurture | Does not respond. The contact should also have the ai off tag. |
| 2 | Seminar - Advisor Booked | Confirm they are already scheduled. Answer preparation questions. Do not pitch another appointment. |
| 3 | Seminar - Attended Did Not Book | Acknowledge attendance. Answer follow-up questions. Offer a personal review naturally and without pressure. |
| 4 | Seminar - No Show | Be warm and nonjudgmental. Offer future seminar dates and the advisor booking link as an alternative. |
| 5 | Seminar - Canceled | Offer another seminar date. Offer direct advisor booking if another event does not fit. |
| 6 | Seminar - RSVP Confirmed | Answer logistics questions. Provide event details. Do not pitch an appointment. |
| 7 | Seminar - RSVP Maybe | Answer concerns warmly. Help the person decide without pressure. |
| 8 | Seminar - RSVP Declined | Offer a future seminar or a direct advisor appointment. |
| 9 | Seminar - Registered | Answer event questions and encourage RSVP confirmation. |

The Stop Nurture workflow must
- Add Seminar - Stop Nurture
- Add ai off
- Remove the contact from seminar nurture workflows
- Update CloseBot Stage to Stop Nurture
- Stop additional automated seminar follow-up
SMS only, at least initially
CloseBot should respond on inbound SMS replies only. Email and other channels remain with HighLevel's scheduled messaging.
