Before every CloseBot test

Remove all previous seminar status tags
Remove ai off
Apply only the status tag being tested
Populate all required seminar contact fields
Send an inbound SMS, review the reply and the conversation log, and confirm only one response was sent

Edge case expectations

Missing information

Clear one field and ask where the seminar is. The bot must not invent a location. It explains it does not want to give incorrect details and provides the approved escalation or office number.

Overlapping tags

Registered plus RSVP Confirmed is treated as RSVP Confirmed. Attended Did Not Book plus Advisor Booked is treated as Advisor Booked with no additional appointment offer.

Duplicate responses

Reply YES. The HighLevel keyword workflow behaves correctly, CloseBot does not send a second conflicting acknowledgement, and the contact receives only the intended response.

Test contact cleanup

Delete every test contact and confirm test data is removed before the campaign goes live.

QR and device tests

iPhone camera opens the registration page from the printed code
Android camera opens the registration page from the printed code
All event parameters remain visible in the address bar after the page loads
All 24 custom fields on the test contact contain the correct information
The confirmation SMS arrives within 60 seconds with the correct event name, date, time and venue

Publish and activate

Publish the CloseBot Job Flow version
Confirm the advisor's source is enabled
Send one final live inbound SMS
Confirm the correct firm name, advisor information, booking link and seminar details appear
Delete the test contact
Mark CloseBot setup complete in the fulfillment tracker
