Status timeline

  1. Registered

The lead submitted the registration form. Confirmations sent, opportunity created, reminders scheduled.

  2. RSVP Confirmed

The lead confirmed attendance. Logistics reminders continue; no appointment pitch.

  3. RSVP Maybe

The lead is undecided. Warm, low-pressure follow-up focused on removing obstacles.

  4. RSVP Declined

The lead will not attend this event. Offer a future seminar or a direct advisor appointment.

  5. Canceled

The lead canceled after confirming. Offer another date, then the direct booking option.

  6. No Show

Marked after the event. Warm, nonjudgmental follow-up with future dates and the booking link.

  7. Attended Did Not Book

The lead attended but did not schedule. Follow-up questions answered; personal review offered naturally.

  8. Advisor Booked

A personal review is scheduled. Preparation support only — no additional pitch.

  9. Stop Nurture

All outbound nurture ends and CloseBot does not respond.

What every workflow updates

  • Tags
  • Contact fields
  • Pipeline stages
  • Follow-up sequences
  • Internal notifications
  • CloseBot Stage

Remove old status tags as the lead advances

A contact should carry one seminar status tag at a time. Stale tags create contradictory CloseBot behavior and duplicate nurture.
