Status timeline
Registered
The lead submitted the registration form. Confirmations sent, opportunity created, reminders scheduled.
RSVP Confirmed
The lead confirmed attendance. Logistics reminders continue; no appointment pitch.
RSVP Maybe
The lead is undecided. Warm, low-pressure follow-up focused on removing obstacles.
RSVP Declined
The lead will not attend this event. Offer a future seminar or a direct advisor appointment.
Canceled
The lead canceled after confirming. Offer another date, then the direct booking option.
No Show
Marked after the event. Warm, nonjudgmental follow-up with future dates and the booking link.
Attended Did Not Book
The lead attended but did not schedule. Follow-up questions answered; personal review offered naturally.
Advisor Booked
A personal review is scheduled. Preparation support only — no additional pitch.
Stop Nurture
All outbound nurture ends and CloseBot does not respond.

Remove old status tags as the lead advances
A contact should carry one seminar status tag at a time. Stale tags create contradictory CloseBot behavior and duplicate nurture.
